Payment and Insurance Options
For your convenience, we accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard. Payment is required for professional services rendered the same day. We will happily submit your insurance claim forms for you. We will also work with you to submit predetermination prior to treatment so you may get an accurate estimate of your dental coverage.
